Experiment

I can not be bothered counting points. I know this is a total cop out but I just want to see if I can control what I am eating by roughly counting calories until new year. I'm fed up with the extremely high points in chocolate etc. It' disproportionate to the value of points in other foods. Like today I almost went really off the rails because I had had a few too many French fancy/ biscuits. I had basicly eaten 600 calories worth. If i went by points though it would be the equivalent of two days worth of food. I had pesto pasta for dinner then had fruit loaf. I was then going to start eating all the biscuits etc but I stopped myself and thought why binge. I' also going to my parents for a week and I need the freedom as I'll be eating out etc.

Day 2 snowing - day in

Day in because of the snow even husband worked from home. Unfortunately It meant I was snacking away!
