Experiment day 1 weight 13 stone 2
Ready brek for breakfast. Only a cup.of tea after moo music. French toast bagel thins for lunch. Friend for coffee in the afternoon. Later on after being out in the dark and cold to Tesco and pet shop I had two of the fruit slices she brought. Quick oven pizzas for dinner as Wednesdays are quick dinners for us.

Experiment
I can not be bothered counting points. I know this is a total cop out but I just want to see if I can control what I am eating by roughly counting calories until new year. I'm fed up with the extremely high points in chocolate etc. It' disproportionate to the value of points in other foods. Like today I almost went really off the rails because I had had a few too many French fancy/ biscuits. I had basicly eaten 600 calories worth. If i went by points though it would be the equivalent of two days worth of food. I had pesto pasta for dinner then had fruit loaf. I was then going to start eating all the biscuits etc but I stopped myself and thought why binge. I' also going to my parents for a week and I need the freedom as I'll be eating out etc.

Day 10 (58-8) 50sp
Went into Aberdeen this morning as in laws had Xmas shoppng to do. Had my usual sausage and red onion toastie from marks. It' 18sp though! When we got home I walked dog and then had a coffee with 3 stollen bites. Made a healthy curry for our dinner. Was just for the 2 of us as in laws were still.in Aberdeen. Had some haribo while watching sinner before in laws came back.

Had 2 Dakota wraps for dinner with only salsa and hot peppers in the filling despite the choice of guac cheese and sour cream

Day 8 weigh day (33-4) 29sp 13.0
I am a bit disappointed in my weight loss this week. Really thought I would of got into the 12s. We have the inlaws coming to stay tomorrow so did a lot of housework while A napped this afternoon.
I made the mistake of putting hot milk in my muesli. Yuck never again. Had French toast bagel thins for lunch. Afternoon snack of a baby carrot cake bar and shared some tangerines with A. Had Cajun chicken for dinner with more mayo than I pointed. Kept dessert healthy after I walked dog. Had popcorn. The next few days will be full of eating out and cake so thought I should at least keep today's low.

Day 7 ( 33-6) 27sp can't believe I managed a week
Went to moo music this morning. Had just coffee afterwards, no cake. French toast bagel thins for lunch. Went to photographer this afternoon to pick photos. Was starving and managed to portion control some stollen with a cup of coffee. I have eaten the whole pack before. Filled pasta tonight as Wednesday we have a quick meal. I' hungry tonight but so glad I have finally managed a week. Oh I took the dog out a long walk to get steps in after photographer as husband finished early so I went out in the rain to earn steps.
Anyway this week I've sort of cheated by changing my points but hey I am still sort of breast feeding might aswell.take those extra points. So many nights I've wanted to cave and not have a home cooked dinner or stuff myself with cake. Like just now. I want treats! Fingers crossed for weigh in tomo!

Day 6 (37-6) 31sp changed daily points to 29
I have changed my smart points to partially breast feeding. I only do a night feed but still inam technically breast feeding and I want those extra points. It mans 29 sp a day instead of 23 for now. I stayed in all day as itbwas pouring rain. Was just one of those days. Since i have changed my points it means i have zero weeklies left not minus something like it

Day 5 43sp
Was an early start today as A woke up early. I also didn't go to sleep until 2am amd then up at 6.30 am. I had one weetabix for 2sp for breakfast.mid morning I was hungry so had a brunch bar. Had a bagel thin woth egg mayo for lunch. Managed to.dust Hoover, wash dog and clean both toilets while A napped. Went to a friend' house for a wee play date this afyternoon. I had a couple of french fancies. Chilli for dinner then some maltesers while watchimg thr firsy episode of the sinner on Netflix.

Day 4 (41-4) 37sp last of the first year celebrations
I have seriously underestimated the amount of points in the cake I have eaten today. I'e only counted it as 12sp. I need to to keep me under control for the rest of the week. Had scrambled egg on toast. Tuna mayo bagel thin. We went to an nct first Birthday reunion. Had balmoral chicken for dinner. Short walk with dog then birthday cake. Only have 2 weeklies left.

Day 3 (44-8) 36sp
Went into Aberdeen this morning as husband wasn't working. I had scrambled egg on toast for breakfast. We stopped at mothercare and got A a couple of Xmas jumpers and a new hat. Had lunch in John Lewis. I picked a salmon sandwich then had a skinny latte. I had lovely walk round john lewis with bambino while husband went to some magic card shop. Had tangerines and a baby oat bar once I had walked the dog for an hour. Had Chinese pork stirfy for dinner. I had 10sp worth of haribo which really isn't a lot followed by 7sp of popcorn which is loads!

Day 2 (33-7) 26sp busy day
Had old school porridge for breakfast made with water and salt. Went to friends farm for a wee play date this morning. I stopped on at Tesco and got stuff for dinner tonight on the way. Had a 5 sp mini pastry while I was there. When i got home I had a pizza bagel thin ( a toasted thin with cheese oregano and tomato puree) . We had a first Birthday party this afternoon so rushed away to that after nap time. When we got back i had a persimmon. Dinner was fajitas. I just had salsa and low fat yoghurt and jalapenos in mine. Walked the dog a 3 miler tonight once A was down. Had a milky bar and tea while watching only connect.

Day 1 of Flex (41-8) 32sp 13. 2
Weight watchers flex started today. I can't say I am that enamoured by the plan. Eggs, some lean meat, low fat plain yoghurt are free now. I only get 23sp a day and 42 weeklies. As usual I will use my fit points first. I already made a massive boo boo on my first day by having afternoon Costco cake which cost me 26sp. Thought I could get away woth putting it through as 10sp but the app actually had costco cake in the system. I took two photos of me trying on my pre pregnancy jeans. They weren' even a particularly small pair at the time. They seem tiny now.
Today i had a 3 egg omelette for breakfast. A bagel thin with tuna and light mayo. The ridiculous carrot cake. Had some tangerines. Took the dog out a 3 mile walk to earn for points and limit carrot cake damage. Husband made a curried chicken drumstick and potato tray bake which was very healthy. Did some ironing then had a huge cup of tea.
